Marschke is the "M" in "LM" (Ell-em), being an original co-founder alongside Mr. Lange. Mr. Marschke has a long history in the computer software industry as well as a talented background in scientific development, business development, marketing development, and intellectual property development.
Kevin serves as the CEO of Ellem giving him the high-level authority in company direction, corporate decision making, and final say in business development strategies. Furthermore serving as the interim CTO, thus allowing him to dictate what technological practices are best for the firm's direction.
In the day-to-day Kevin serves as the Deputy Director of Research and Development. Thus serving as a program manager for the input side of the production pipeline and budgeting experimental research.
Kevin studied Physics and Computer Science at the Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
Chief Security Officer
Mr. Lange is the "L" in "LM" (Ell-em), being an original co-founder alongside Mr. Marschke. Mr. Lange has an extensive and diverse scientific and engineering history in aerospace engineering, software engineering, economic sciences, and Project Management.
As the Chief Security Officer Mr. Lange financial operations and acts as the lead portfolio manager handling corporate-level assets and investments. He is the ultimate source of laboratory accountability.
Day-to-Day he serves as a staff software engineer working on any projects that would need additional assistance.
Brett is currently earning his degree in Aerospace engineering at the Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Principal Software Engineer of Embedded Systems
Mr. Morris was invited to join Ellem because of his exceptional skillset in software engineering and talents with logic, math, and sciences. Mr. Morris's code is currently running in nuclear reactors across the nation.
As Chief Operating Officer Mr. Morris guarantees proper execution of Day-to-day tasks and is seen as the highest level of responsibility in the laboratory. He's responsible for the execution of the company's process and policy as well as assisting in steering the direction of the company.
Furthermore, Abe serves as the Quality Control Manager and Principal Software Engineer. And holds some authority in the development process and is responsible for the quality of production.

Parker Jones was invited to join Ellem because of his passion for business development, engineering background, and drive for innovation. Mr. Jones's background includes engineering network technologies, IoT, and business interoperability.
Because of his combinations of talents has given the title of Chief Innovation Officer. The leader of innovation means the seeker and solver of problems. And as a problem-orientated company, Mr. Jones's role is strictly important to business development and product line.
Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Bryan Hoffman's part in the earlier stage of Ellem gave the company a different perspective as the first non-engineer to be a part of the leadership. Bryan's value is in his verbal talent to be very relatable while conducting himself in a very straight forward and to-the-point manner.
His role as the Deputy Director of Sales and Distribution gives him the authority to the reputation and relations the laboratory maintains, as well as dictating day-to-day tasks that direct the output of the product line.
Mr. Hoffman graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing.
Creative Manager/Creative Director
User Interface Designer
Hannah was invited to join Ellem to run the Creative arm of production. She has an extremely multi-talented history with video production, music production, photography and photography processing, graphic design, and user interface design.
As the Creative Manager/Creative Director, Miss Byrne is regarded as the ultimate level of input in regards to any aspect of human interaction with the product. This includes her roles as Graphic Designer and User Interface Designer for dictating the look, feel, sound, and flow of products.
Miss Byrne graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Production and then later earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing for Saint Louis University.
Principal Software Engineer of Mobile Development
Ian joined Ellem and brought along his talents and high level of experience in Mobile Development and DevOps. Ian's history is working with all magnitudes of Mobile Development from small startups to multinational-scale applications.
His role as Principal Software Engineer of Mobile Development employees him to have the responsibly of all production on any mobile platform as well as being regarded as a higher-level engineer with excellent problem-solving skills. Furthermore, his DevOps experience gives him an important role in the Quality Control arm of the laboratory as well.
Mr. Lovell studied Software Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
